Can the tile trim sample charge be refunded if an order is placed?

Yes, Dym will refund the sample charge once an order is placed. The sample charge can either be returned directly or deducted from the order payment. Our samples are made from the same quality raw materials and go through the same manufacturing process as our regular products. For more details, please contact our customer service team.
